At Harlow Yoga & Pilates, we’re more than a studio. We’re a community built on transformation, connection, and results. With our beautiful studio located in Newstead we’re looking for a Membership Consultant to help more people begin (and continue) their journey with us.

The Role

As the friendly face of Harlow, you'll be the first point of contact for potential new members—welcoming them, sharing what sets us apart, and guiding them into our studio family. You’ll also support existing members by helping them stay connected and engaged in their practice. You will:

Generate and convert leads by confidently guiding prospects through the membership journey

Build genuine relationships and support members in achieving their health and wellbeing goals

Create and maintain a vibrant, inclusive studio atmosphere that keeps members engaged and motivated

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and strengthen retention

Work autonomously, taking full ownership of your results, systems, and opportunities for improvement

Key Responsibilities

Drive membership growth, both in-person and via phone, through engaging tours and presentations

Generate and convert leads using creative outreach, referrals, and nurturing of enquiries

Provide excellent customer experiences—customise studio tours, respond to inquiries, and help new clients feel welcome

Support member retention with friendly follow-ups, program recommendations, and engagement strategies

Manage administrative tasks such as tracking leads, member touchpoints and sales activity in a CRM or spreadsheet

About You

Someone who can balance professionalism with warmth – be results driven while genuinely caring about our members.

Passionate about wellness, mindful movement and building inclusive communities

Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality—preferably in fitness or wellness

Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive in chasing outcomes. You don’t wait to be told what to do, you see the gaps and fill them.

A natural organiser who can juggle outreach, tours, and admin with ease

Ideally available during after-school/evening and Saturday mornings

First Aid certification is advantageous but not essential
