We’re looking for a confident, ruthless, and emotionally intelligent closer who knows how to lead powerful conversations, handle resistance and objections, and close coaching packages with conviction. If you know how to move people from “I need to think about it” to “where do I sign?” - we want to hear from you.

🧠 What This Role is About:

We want a motivated and competitive weapon - someone who doesn’t settle and is always hungry for more!

Let’s be honest - anyone can read a script. But not everyone can lead a hesitant buyer to a life-changing decision. That’s what you’ll do here.

Your job is to understand what’s holding someone back, lead with empathy, and guide them through the discomfort of change - without backing down when resistance shows up.

We don’t believe in pushy sales tactics. We believe in helping people make empowered decisions by providing real value from the very first conversation. That means asking the right questions, listening properly, and helping someone get clarity - whether they sign up or not. We want to leave them better than they came to us. Our goal isn’t just to close a sale - it’s to truly help the right people say yes to something that can genuinely change their life.

🚨 What You’ll Be Doing:

Calling warm, qualified leads daily who have already expressed interest (no cold outreach). We have endless leads to provide you with!

Following up daily across calls, text messages and emails (must be ruthless with follow up)

Taking inbound sales calls with warm leads who have booked in and expressed interest

Owning your sales pipeline: tracking every opportunity, staying proactive, and never letting a lead slip

Handling objections with calm confidence: i.e cost, timing, needing partner approval, or fear of failure

Closing people over the phone and bringing them into a program that genuinely changes their lives (with a pile of social proof)

Booking your own follow-up calls, reviving lost leads, and taking full responsibility for outcomes

💥 You’re a Fit If You:

Have 2+ years of closing experience, ideally in the online coaching, nutrition, or fitness space. You must have a solid understanding of nutrition - macros, calorie balance, and common fat loss misconceptions (we’ll also train you thoroughly in our specific methods).

Have a proven track record of closing sales over the phone.

Are skilled in objection handling - cost, timing, self-doubt, partner permission, fear of failure.

Self motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, no-hand-holding environment.

Are emotionally intelligent, quick on your feet, and excellent at reading people.

Genuinely care about helping people improve their lives, but know that helping starts with selling.
