Our client is seeking a Physiotherapy Team Leader to spearhead their new physiotherapy and exercise physiology division. Based in a brand new office space in Sydney, this full-time role will see you lead a passionate team delivering high-quality, personalised workers compensation physiotherapy and work conditioning services to clients in the community.

About the Role

• Lead & Manage – Oversee a team of physiotherapists, ensuring exceptional client care and adherence to best practice.
• Coordinate & Streamline – Manage schedules and client appointments for efficiency and responsiveness.
• Client-Centred Care – Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare providers to design tailored treatment plans.
• Monitor & Adapt – Track progress, adjust care plans, and report on outcomes to ensure optimal recovery.
• Mentor & Develop – Provide guidance, supervision, and growth opportunities to physiotherapists and EPs.
• Innovate & Improve – Contribute to the ongoing development of mobile physiotherapy services.
• Shape the Future – Help design new interactive programs to support the best patient outcomes.

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Physiotherapy + Current AHPRA Registration
• Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience in physiotherapy or exercise physiology
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional client outcomes
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills to build stakeholder trust
• Organisational ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage team schedules
• Proficiency with physiotherapy software & technologies
• Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and innovation
