We’re looking for a motivated Trade Assistant to join our busy workshop team, helping build and support some of the most advanced agricultural machinery in Australia.

This role is hands-on and varied — ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, learning new skills, and being part of a tight-knit team.

What you’ll be doing:

Assisting qualified tradespeople with daily workshop tasks

Preparing parts and materials for builds and repairs

Handling tools, equipment, and basic mechanical fitting tasks

Helping with freight, deliveries, and organising parts

Keeping work areas tidy, safe, and ready for production

Supporting assembly and finishing of agricultural machinery

General workshop duties as required

What we’re looking for:

Previous workshop or trade assistant experience preferred, but not essential

Practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and work within a team

Strong work ethic and reliability

Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in machinery
