Prime Trophies is a proudly WA-owned business, creating trophies, medals, plaques, glass awards, ribbons, badges, shields and honour boards for schools, clubs, and businesses across the state. For over 20 years we’ve been helping the community celebrate achievement and recognition.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, creative role where no two days are the same. You’ll:

Prepare artwork for engraving/printing using CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop (or similar)

Use laser and rotary engravers to personalise awards

Cut and create trophies from timber & acrylic (CNC machine)

Apply UV colour print, vinyl lettering, and custom finishes

Design and produce custom ribbons, sashes, and name badges

Assist with stock control and general warehouse tasks

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Skilled in graphic design software (CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar)

Comfortable with Excel and computer systems

Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy and quality

Practical, creative, and keen to learn new machines

Reliable, adaptable, and a team player

Experience in signage, print, engraving, or similar creative industries is highly regarded – but not essential. Full training will be provided.
