The Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Associate to join our small consulting group. This role combines lead generation, sales engagement, and marketing activities to support business development.
Working closely with our Director of consulting, you will help identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and execute marketing initiatives that raise awareness of Consulcad’s services. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with flexible working options after onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Identify and research leads and target companies for Consulcad’s consulting and technology services.
Prospect via LinkedIn, Apollo.io, phone, email, and events to generate and nurture opportunities.
Qualify prospects and support the preparation of proposals and tailored solutions.
Engage prospective customers by understanding their business challenges and aligning them with Consulcad’s expertise.
Meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to sales targets.
Marketing
Assist with the planning, organisation, and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and industry conferences.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities across relevant industries.
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, collateral, and digital campaigns.
Maintain and expand Consulcad’s marketing contact database.
Work with management to ensure consistent brand representation across all communications.
About You
You are a professional, proactive individual with a passion for connecting with people and building strong relationships. You thrive in both independent and collaborative work settings, and you’re excited to make a measurable contribution to a consulting business.
Essential Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience in lead generation and/or business development.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
Ability to conduct research and identify high-quality sales leads.
Experience supporting or delivering marketing initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident in client-facing situations.
Desirable (not essential)
Proven sales track record in software, technology, or consulting services.
Knowledge of project management, PMOs, or business transformation.
Experience with proposal writing, campaign management, or CRM tools.
