About the role
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Environmental Location Systems in Dandenong South, VIC. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring administrative efficiency and providing high-level support to the wider business.
What you'll be doing
Manage and oversee all office administrative and accounting functions, basic HR functions (including RTW)
Processing a small payroll, bank reconciliations, preparation of BAS
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, promptly addressing queries and resolving any issues that arise
Supervise and mentor a small team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
Prepare reports and other business documentation as required
Assist Financial Controller and Business Operations Manager as required
Ad-hoc tasks
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in an office management
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously
Experience with Reckon Hosted desirable
Exposure to Integrated Management Systems desirable
