We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team and currently we are in urgent need of support workers in the Ellenbrook area.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks

Support with community participation and social activities

Assist with domestic duties and meal preparation

Follow individual support plans and collaborate with allied health professionals

Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team

What We’re Looking For

Support Worker candidates

Previous experience in disability support or aged care (preferred but not essential)

Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)

Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, and WA Driver’s Licence

Reliable, empathetic, and committed to person-centred care

Must be available to work in Perth Metro and around Ellenbrook
