The Position

Your role would be assisting our Head of Department and providing support to our Property Managers with their routine inspections, property condition reports and final inspections.

You would be working out of our office at 132 Edward St Perth, with easy access and free on site parking.

There are policies and procedures on all aspects of the job which make for an easy learning environment along with the support of fellow co-workers, virtual assistants and the Head of Department.

Duties Include:

Carrying out routine inspections.

Preparing property condition reports.

Assisting with final bond inspections.

Great technology to aid all tasks.

What are we looking for?

Someone who is passionate about property, preferably with 1-2 years experience in Real Estate but not essential.

Your will have exceptional detail and high-level time management skills to ensure a high quality of work is delivered to all our landlords and tenants.

Preference given to those that have owned a property before so they can understand our landlords better.

Attributes Required

Strong attention to detail.

Valid driver's license, with your own car.

Good communication skills, both written & verbal.

Tech savvy.

Highly organised.

Great team player.

Professional training is provided, starting out with a 3 month on the job training program.
