Is a boutique real estate company, with incredible branding, that works across all suburbs in Adelaide. They are a large sized team and you will be lead and mentored in this role by an amazing Property Management Department Head.
your role
Managing 110 properties to begin with, with your portfolio likely to grow over time to 130 properties. The portfolio is based in the North Eastern suburbs. Saturday work is almost non existent and is only required if you could not lease a property during the week.
your advantage
You will have worked as a Property Manager, have a relevant SA license and a reliable car.
