Dental Treatment Coordinator & Patient Reactivation

Attention to Dental is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to support one of our valued partner practices located in Templestowe. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional who is driven to contribute to the growth of a practice, with a strong focus on patient reactivation in the immediate future and the potential to evolve into Treatment Coordination or Practice Management.

This position would suit a candidate who thrives on patient engagement, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated to implement systems that improve case acceptance and patient retention.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively re-engage overdue and inactive patients, supporting strong recall and reactivation systems.

Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, supporting patients in making informed decisions about their care.

Coordinate treatment scheduling, financial arrangements, and patient communication.

Collaborate with the dentist and practice team to implement processes that drive practice growth.

Prepare and maintain accurate reports on reactivation outcomes and treatment acceptance rates.

About You

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the dental industry (Treatment Coordination or senior front office highly regarded).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Self-motivated, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Ambition to grow into advanced roles such as Treatment Coordinator or Practice Manager.
