We are currently seeking experienced Dental Receptionists for three professional and well-established dental practices located in Camberwell, Bentleigh, and Wantirna South. These part-time roles offer flexible hours and the opportunity to work with supportive teams in busy, modern clinics.

🏥 Available Positions:

Camberwell Road Dental – Camberwell

Dentist By the Park – Bentleigh

Diamond Dental – Wantirna South

🕒 About the Roles:

Part-time (approx. 3–4 days per week)

Each location has slightly different hour requirements

Friendly, professional, team-oriented environments

🛎️ Key Responsibilities:

Greeting patients and delivering outstanding front-desk service

Managing appointments and recalls

Answering phones and emails professionally

Processing payments and health fund claims

Assisting with daily operations of the practice

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a dental receptionist

Fluent in professional spoken and written English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Confident using dental software and general computer systems

Able to work both independently and within a team
