Marketing & Community Growth Manager (Lifestyle Startup)

We are Deeplay, a new lifestyle platform that connects people with companions for activities — from coffee chats to city walks. We’re launching in Sydney and are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Community Growth Manager to lead our brand growth.

What You’ll Do

Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Little Red Book/小红书).

Create and schedule engaging short-form content to grow our community.

Plan and execute offline campaigns: flyers, banners, pop-up booths at universities, CBD events, and night markets.

Build partnerships with influencers, student groups, and local communities.

Run digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and track ROI.

Drive both Companion and Seeker acquisition for our platform.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in social media management (TikTok, IG, FB; bonus if familiar with 小红书/WeChat).

Creative mindset: copywriting, Canva/CapCut or similar tools.

Ability to plan and execute on-the-ground marketing activations.

Bilingual English + Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.

Startup, lifestyle, or marketplace experience is a plus.

Self-driven, resourceful, and excited to grow a new brand from the ground up.
