We’re on the hunt for a vibrant, organised, and tech-savvy Claims/Administration Professional to join us at our friendly Meadowbrook/Logan Office.

You’ll be joining a team of outgoing go-getters who are hardworking, supportive, and always up for a good laugh (sometimes at our own expense).
💡 About You:
You’re a solutions person. You can connect the dots, think outside the box, and maybe even redesign the box if you see a better way! You bring calm to the chaos and can juggle priorities without breaking a sweat (or at least without anyone noticing).
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating new claim requests (like a paperwork wizard 🪄)
Scheduling appointments for our customers in need
Coordinating our amazing technicians
Calling in contractors when required
Organising emergency make-safes (superhero cape optional)
Making compassionate calls to customers and ensuring technicians have all they need
Keeping our records accurate and up-to-date using our computer systems
Supporting our senior staff (they’ll be very grateful for you)
📋 What We’re Looking For:
Professional appearance (we’ll provide the uniform) and a compassionate phone manner
Flexibility to work extra hours when the weather or workload gets busy
Strong computer skills (bonus points if you can teach the Directors a tech trick or two)
A "can-do" attitude with a healthy dose of initiative
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Reliability, punctuality, and a work ethic that makes us go “WOW”
⭐ Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, Not Essential):
Insurance claims or restoration experience
Insurance building or property management background
Prior admin experience
The ability to work unsupervised and adapt to change with a smile
