About us

The Wolf is an iconic neighbourhood corner pub on Chapel St in Windsor. Seven days a week we offer lunch and dinner offering a classic pub menu, popular special nights midweek, Sunday roasts and much more. We're looking for an experienced Chef to be a leader in the kitchen, drive trade through maintaining a high standard in what we provide to customers while also keeping the costs and compliance side of the kitchen in check.

Qualifications & experience

Current Trade and Food Safety Qualifications

Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar offering.

Tasks & responsibilities

Lead a strong existing team cooking quality modern Pub food.

Curate seasonal menu changes.

Manage food and labour costs of the kitchen

Ensure full compliance with all relevant food safety, workplace safety and maintenance requirements.

Work with the management team ensure we continue to provide a strong offering to our regulars and drive new business.
