Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals for bistro and function service

Ensure food is prepared to a consistently high standard and in a timely manner

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations

Assist with menu planning, stock control, and kitchen operations

Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

About You:

Qualified Chef (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)

Previous experience in a similar role (bistro or club environment preferred)

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards

Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible roster, including nights and weekends

A positive attitude, team focus, and commitment to high standards
