The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work on a fulltime basis at our fast-paced kitchen, under the leadership of our Head Chef.

Oversee and manage a designated kitchen section.

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section.

Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.

We're looking for;

Proven Italian cuisine experience as a Chef de Partie a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment

Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts or a related field
