We're recruiting exclusively for a Australian AgTech company transforming farming with autonomous machinery. Our client provides commercial solutions across grain, cotton, horticulture, and turf sectors. This fast growing company is on a mission to revolutionise agriculture through smarter, sustainable practices.

Based in Toowoomba, you'll lead sales strategy, grow the sales team, and build strong customer relationships. This is a chance to play a key role in a purpose driven company redefining the future of farming.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth
• Lead a high performing sales team
• Build lasting relationships with farmers, partners, and stakeholders
• Drive lead generation, pipeline development, and forecasting
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies

About You

• Proven B2B sales success, ideally in AgTech, agriculture, farming etc
• Leadership and team management skills
• Skilled in sales strategy, pipeline management, and CRM use
• Excellent communicator and negotiator, passionate about agriculture innovation
• Comfortable with travel
