Blue Diamond Machinery Pty Ltd T/A Blue Diamond Machinery is a leading industrial equipment supplier specializing in Generators and Air Compressors and other industrial equipment.

We are looking for experienced Mechanical Engineering Draftsperson to join our team at Henderson in Western Australia. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Mechanical Engineering Draftsperson

Primary Duties include:

Creating technical drawings and plans for production processes within desired timeframes

Collaborate with engineering and production team and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings

Review and revise drawings as necessary to meet project requirements

Complete works while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Collaborate with teams to assist in the development of new products and processes

Maintain accurate records of all drawings and related documentation

Performing your role while adhering to the Australian Standards

Skills and Experience required:

Experience in similar role within related industry (small engines, generators, lighting towers, air compressors)

A current forklift ticket license (Preferred but not necessary)

A positive can-do attitude and be a team player.

Ability to handle complex tasks simultaneously

The ability to work both autonomously and be part of a team.

Hard working and willingness to work additional hours to ensure jobs are completed on time.

Strong focus on general safety standards and work methods.
