Join Valeo Construction Group on a high-profile, landmark commercial apartment and mixed-use project in Shepparton. We’re looking for a Contract Administrator with 5+ years’ experience to take ownership of end-to-end contract management on this major build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer full project contracts from procurement through to completion
• Prepare, issue, and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements
• Handle variations, RFIs, progress claims, and contract negotiations
• Work closely with Project Managers, site teams, and consultants
• Maintain detailed contract documentation and compliance records
• Support project cost control, budgeting, and forecasting processes

About You:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator on large-scale commercial apartment or mixed-use builds
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end contract management
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficiency in construction software - Cheops
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
• Availability to attend weekly site meetings in Shepparton

• $150,000 base salary + super
• $5,000 annual travel allowance to attend routine weekly project meetings in Shepparton
