- Attractive annual salary $115,109 - $127,411 p.a. plus 12% superannuation
- Location: Sydney Olympic Park
- Two roles commencing immediately, one role commencing 1 January 2026.

What you’ll be doing:
A pivotal role supporting injured members through best-practice case management, return-to-work strategies, and workers compensation processes. You’ll collaborate across teams, liaise with insurers, and contribute to continuous improvement in injury management systems, all within a dynamic, volunteer-based emergency service environment.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Have experience in managing a portfolio of member claims to facilitate early and safe return to work in line with relevant workers compensation and injury management legislation and policies.
- Develop and assist in return to work strategies including but not limited to Return to Work plans, investigations, rehabilitation, fitness to continue and compensation matters

- Detail your experience in managing complex Return to Work cases and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful injury management outcomes.
- Describe how you build relationships and develop effective return to work plans to support an injured workers recovery and ensure compliance with relevant legislation & policy.
