We are currently partnering with a leading Occupational Rehabilitation provider whose Injury Management team is experiencing strong growth and expanding their presence across NSW. They are seeking experienced Injury Management Specialist / Rehab Consultant ready to leverage their injury management expertise in a collaborative, outcomes-focused environment.

The role

• Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on physical injuries, delivering holistic return-to-work (RTW) and injury management services
• Work directly with employers and stakeholders to develop RTW plans and injury prevention strategies
• Participate in tender and stakeholder engagement processes with a relationship-focused approach
• Contribute to training and mentoring across the team and grow your skills in workplace rehabilitation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RTW and technical specialists under experienced leadership

About you

• Allied Health professionals (e.g., Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist) or experienced 2+ years in RTW/Injury Management within Workers Comp
• Strong understanding of employer based RTW programs
• Passionate about improving recovering outcomes and supporting workers back to work
• Collaborative team player with a mentoring mindset and proactive attitude
