Your role will involve:

Building relationships with mechanical engineers, contractors, and project managers

Understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right ventilation solutions

Processing orders and quotes with accuracy and attention to detail

Coordinating with our engineering team to ensure seamless project delivery

Providing technical support (with full training provided)

Managing administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly

Contributing to our reputation for exceptional customer service
