The opportunity
Centrogen is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a passionate Contracts Administrator to join the team. In this dynamic Part-Time role, you will handle all administrative and coordination tasks to support local Area Manager and team.
Key Responsibilities include:
Handle payroll, timesheets & Staff reimbursements
Manage invoicing, reporting & reconciliations
Oversee office administration, correspondence & filing
Maintain office registers, records & compliance needs
Coordinate supplies, facilities & meeting preparation
Support supervisors with day-to-day tasks
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administration role
Competent keyboard and data entry skills and proven experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Accounts Payable entry and use of Greentree or MYOB operating system
Highly developed time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
This is a Part-Time (25 hours Monday-Friday) opportunity with hours to be negotiated with the right candidate.
