The Opportunity
Working within the program’s finance and commercial team, you will play a key role in managing the program’s financial performance, analysing spend and ensuring information is accurate, timely and actionable. You will also take ownership of contract records, vendor data integrity and commercial documentation, partnering with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain best-practice governance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly project financial reports, forecasts and variance analysis against budget
• Monitor and track program spend, highlighting risks, opportunities and trends to senior stakeholders
• Oversee contract management processes including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Maintain and update the external vendor database ensuring data quality and completeness
• Support procurement and commercial negotiations through analysis, reporting and documentation
• Partner with finance, program management and procurement teams to deliver accurate reporting and strong commercial governance

About You

• Strong background in project financial management, expense analysis or commercial finance within a large corporate or program environment (essential)
• Experience with contract administration, vendor management or procurement support (nice to have)
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel and exposure to ERP systems
