Key Responsibilities:

Heavy involvement with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Provide financial modelling, performance management, and strategic insights to business owners.

Lead collaboration with offshore bookkeeping teams and build strong relationships with firm leadership.

Oversee financial operations, developing strong, effective partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders.

What You Need:

CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years of finance experience.

Strong analytical, problem solving, core accounting background (Xero experience preferred).

Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Demonstrated exposure delivering in 'hands-on' style roles, with an ability to hit the ground runnnig.
