This position is purely business to business and your skills, along with your ethical approach and commitment to results will see your time in our office rewarding. You'll be working in an enthusiastic and supportive work environment where you will have the ability to work autonomously.
About you:
You will be a professional and thrive in a role where patience and resilience is rewarded. It is also likely that you will be a great communicator and have experience in administration, customer services, facilities and/or operations. Direct industry experience is not a pre-requisite if you can demonstrate high level of experience.

You will be involved with both accounts management functions and interacting with clients for periodical meetings.
We’re looking for:
Excellent communicator with strong personal organisational skills.

a proactive approach with excellent self-organisation abilities and strong time management
the ability to exercise judgement and work autonomously with sometimes minimal supervision
strong Excel and Word skills (Microsoft suite)
Definite team player and passionate self-starter.
Duties and responsibilities:
The role forms part of our National Team in Milton.
Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries , whilst conducting surveying calls to gather customer feedback and insights.
Ensure timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries, maintaining a high standard of service.
Maintain and develop accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback reports.
Working closely with various teams nationally to achieve client/organizational goals and streamline processes.
Your positive and proactive attitude will help build and maintain positive relationships with our clients and vendors.
