● Competitive salary package: $65,000 - $75,000 + performance bonuses (negotiable based on experience post interview)

● Lead a crew of 2 gardening professionals (expanding to 3-4 as needed)

● Work across diverse properties maintaining established gardens

● Grow into a Maintenance Manager Role (with higher salary) managing our entire maintenance division

● Comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing mentoring provided

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

● Leading your crew in professional garden maintenance services

● Mowing lawns to perfection across multiple properties

● Hedge pruning and shaping to maintain aesthetic appeal

● Weeding and garden bed maintenance

● Mulching and soil improvement

● Planting seasonal displays and garden enhancements

● Fertilising programs to keep gardens healthy and vibrant

● Irrigation repairs and system maintenance

● Pest and disease treatment using professional techniques

● Some chainsaw work for tree maintenance and pruning

● Communicating professionally with clients about their garden needs

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

● Gardening experience and passion (professional experience preferred, but passionate home gardeners welcome to apply)

● Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate your crew

● Self-motivated and reliable work approach

● Excellent communication skills for client interactions

● Valid driver's license (manual license preferred but not necessary)

● Love of working outdoors with attention to detail

● Professional approach and pride in garden presentation

Work Schedule & Benefits:

● Monday to Friday core hours

● Saturday work available for extra income (time and a half rates - never mandatory!)
