About the Role: Junior Workshop Technician
As a Junior Workshop Technician, you'll gain foundational experience working with a wide range of IT equipment — from consumer-level devices to enterprise-grade hardware. You'll support hardware testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and contribute to technical support services for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
Testing and configuring new and refurbished IT equipment
Diagnosing and repairing a range of devices: desktops, laptops, servers, switches, and storage units
Providing level 1 technical support under client support contracts
Shipping goods to customers
Continuously developing your technical knowledge and soft skills
Gaining exposure to varied IT systems and technologies
What We're Looking For:
Currently studying or completed IT-related education (TAFE, university, or certifications)
Genuine passion for IT and eagerness to learn
A proactive mindset — maybe you've built your own PC, earned certifications, or tinkered with tech in your spare time
Previous experience in IT support or hardware repair (even informal) is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 20kg
Additional Details:
Full-time, on-site position – based in our workshop
