The Company:
Positioned as one of the leading distributors of medical, healthcare, and pharmaceutical products across Australasia, this organisation represents some of the world's largest medical brands and has built a reputation for delivering quality products and quality service!
Your Role:
With the rapid expansion of business activity, you will join a busy Purchasing Team and play a key role in ensuring that stock holdings are at levels that meet demand and there is a continual flow of product into their warehouses nationally.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Liaising with suppliers regarding availability of products & ETA of deliveries
Closing short and over supplied orders
Creating proforma credits & invoices
Answering and investigating internal ETA queries from Customer Services, Sales and Marketing Teams
Required Skills & Experience:
SAP Experience an advantage (or similar ERP system)
Purchasing experience in a high-volume environment
Proficiency in MS Excel
