We are a Melbourne-based manufacturer of high-visibility and safety garments, producing all products in-house to Australian standards. We are looking for a skilled Garment Cutter / Machinist to join our growing team.

About the Role

Cutting garments from markers and patterns using straight-knife and circular fabric cutters.

Handling high-visibility and technical fabrics in line with compliance standards (AS/NZS 4602.1, AS/NZS 1906.4).

Assisting with sewing tasks when cutting work is complete to maintain workflow.

Operating industrial sewing machines, including overlockers, coverstitch, and straight stitch.

Working closely with the production team to meet quality and delivery targets.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years Experience as a garment cutter in apparel manufacturing

Confident using industrial sewing machines.

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.

Reliability, good time management, and a commitment to workplace safety.
