Qualifications & experience

The successful Applicant will need to have had previous experience in a High Volume Bistro / Club / Pub . Great support will be available for any younger Chefs wanting to further their career.

Minimum 2+ years' experience in a high-volume bistro, club, or pub kitchen

Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain one

Legal right to work in Australia

Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays

Tasks & responsibilities

Helping run Day to Day operations with the Head Chef and fellow kitchen crew

.Running a busy Kitchen Brigade in absence of Head Chef . Take control of responsibility of all meals at the Pass while maintaining a harmonious environment for fellow staff members.Assist in ordering and record keeping inline with Health regulations.
