The Boat Shed is a popular a la carte restaurant perched on the edge of the Maroochy River at Cotton Tree on the Sunshine Coast renowned for our quality food and service and amazing views.

A trade qualified experienced chef

Minimum 2 years experience as qualifed chef

Proficient cooking ability in all sections of the kitchen - pans, grill, larder, fryers, desserts

Specifically seeking Pan and Grill superstars

Preparation of proteins, salads, sauces for service

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Trade Qualified

Receiving of deliveries and checking quality and quantities are correct

Assist in menu planning, ordering and quality of dishes are maintained

Follow all food health and safety regulations

Plating and presenting meals as per chef and managements direction

Food design for specials

Availability over weekends and evenings a must

Direct junior staff
