Your new role
The Head of Credit & Collections is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of customer credit and collections. This role will have oversight of the development and implementation of the credit strategy, leading a large team fostering collaboration across the business to ensure effective credit management, customer experience excellence, and operational readiness.

• Lead the development, execution and implementation of a new credit and collections strategy.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer service guidelines.
  
• Drive operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Provide strategic advice and contribute to organisation wide decision making.
  
• Champion change management and readiness across projects.
  
• Deliver accurate reporting to regulatory bodies.

You are a strategic leader with deep expertise in credit management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You bring:

• Proven leadership in credit management and process improvement, ideally within a utility setting.
