As an Estimator, you will play a key role in our project planning and client engagement. This role is suitable for cadets or early-career professionals looking to gain valuable experience in the aluminium fabrication and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and send accurate and competitive tenders and detailed quotations to customers.

Estimate material and labour costs for a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

Liaise directly with customers, builders, and other stakeholders to clarify project requirements and timelines.

Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to develop estimates.

Work closely with the workshop and project management team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, suppliers, and industry pricing.

Requirements:

A valid Driver’s Licence.

Current Construction Industry White Card.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (training can be provided for cadets).

Competence with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with estimating software or CAD is an advantage but not essential.
