Your new role

We are currently seeking a Commercial & Finance Manager to lead financial operations for a major national healthcare account. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner closely with operational teams, clients, and senior leadership to drive financial performance, ensure contractual compliance, and deliver commercial insights. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead financial reporting and forecasting for the healthcare account.
• Management of a team of 3 direct reports.
• Manage costs and revenue in line with the GMP model.
• Act as the commercial lead, interpreting and applying contract terms.
• Oversee contract variations and subcontractor agreements.
• Support operations with scope assessments and billing accuracy.
• Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly accruals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the key contact for financial matters.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering results. You thrive in complex environments and enjoy collaborating across teams to drive performance.
Essential qualifications & experience include:

• Tertiary qualifications in business, accounting or finance.
• CA or CPA qualified.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Proven experience in facilities management, construction or real estate.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills.
