Are you an experienced Personal Care Attendant (PCA) who is passionate about resident-centred care?

Our residential aged care home has 141 places, offering permanent, respite and dementia care. You will work in a beautiful environment that feels like home, while offering state-of-the-art innovations that support you to focus on quality care for our residents. Permanent Part Time shifts available (variety of AM/PM shifts)

We are looking for PCA's who have:

Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Ageing Support highly regarded

Aged care experience

Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation standards

Experience working in a person-centred care environment

Competence with IT systems and willingness to learn new systems

Current police check

Current Worker Screening

Current COVID-19 vaccination

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following attributes:

A warm and friendly team player

Passion for resident-centred aged care

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to troubleshoot problems and work with the team to find solutions

We would love you to have (not essential):

Specialised dementia care experience
