The Little Sisters of the Poor, St Joseph's home in Northcote, have casual positions available for PCAs within our Aged care facility.

About the role:

We seek Personal Care Assistants (qualified to provide medication to residents) to work with our dedicated and high-performing morning, afternoon and overnight teams who are passionate about providing a high standard of personal care and customer service to our residents. Medication competency is essential.

Shifts are available for AM, PM, and Night.

Skills and experience:

If you possess the following, then don't hesitate to apply:

· Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (for PCA)

. Medication administration unit (HLTHPS006 - Assist Clients with Medication) mandatory.

· Experience in a dementia-specific environment highly regarded

· Ability to work in a team to provide a high standard of care

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to show empathy and understand the meaning of good customer service
