The role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Home Care Support Assistant to join our dedicated team at Moyola Aged Care in Tatura, VIC. As a casual role, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and enjoy the highest quality of life.

What you'll be doing

Assist with everyday hygiene and personal care tasks.

Conduct basic housekeeping functions.

Assist with local transportation.

Prompt medication administration.

Provide companionship and support social engagement through in-home respite

What we're looking for

CPR and First aid certificate.

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent.

2+ years’ experience in the aged care or home care sector is preferred.

Intermediate IT skills to access and record client information.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and understanding of confidentiality, dignity, and respect in care delivery.

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Checks.
