We are currently seeking a Customer Service / Administration Officer for an intermediate-level role. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in accuracy and organisation, and is looking to further develop their skills in a customer-focused, order processing environment.

Professional and approachable presentation

Competence with Microsoft Office and intermediate computer skills

Previous experience in an order processing role, ideally using SAP

Interest or knowledge/experience in sewing machines will be highly regarded

What you’ll be doing:

Being the welcoming face of our business – greeting visitors and customers in our showroom

Acting as the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries

Assisting customers with enquiries, product information, and directing technical questions to our Service Centre

Accurate order processing and data entry

Coordinating product returns and repairs

Making outgoing calls to keep customers updated on orders and tracking

Providing general administrative support across departments (filing, typing, data entry, and more)
