With a strong reputation in its sector and clear ambitions for the future, the business is now seeking a commercially astute and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join its leadership team.

This is a rare opportunity for a finance professional who is as comfortable sitting at the boardroom table shaping strategy as they are getting into the operational detail. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and broader executive team to drive financial performance, oversee business planning, and support ongoing expansion.

As CFO, you will play a critical role in both safeguarding and enabling the business's continued success. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and governance, while also providing forward-looking insights to support key commercial decisions. The role requires someone who is willing to be across all aspects of the finance function, from strategic planning to rolling up their sleeves where needed. Experience with Xero is advantageous.

This position calls for a high level of resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to operate with autonomy. You will need to be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
