About the Role

We are seeking for a passionate and motivated team player to join our warehousing team as a Warehouse Assistant based in our Landsdale, Perth warehouse.

If you have passion for supply and warehousing, ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, then this role will provide you with an immense opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills.

Suitable candidates MUST have a current LF Forklift License and Driver’s License is preferred.

About the Role:

Forza Global are seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant to commence in 2025.

The successful candidate will have an extensive background working in warehousing positions and will preferably have worked as a store person most recently. You will be required to operate Forklifts in a warehouse environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

¨ Picking and Packing

¨ Receipting inbound goods – unloading trucks and containers, checking goods and stock allocation.

¨ Forklift Operations

¨ Data Entry

¨ Stock Control

¨ Heavy Lifting

¨ Operating LF/LO Forklift

¨ Preparation and receipt of appropriate documentation

¨ Understanding of WMS procedures

¨ Meeting Strict Safety Standards

¨ Working both individually and part of a team

¨ Efficient in using computers and technology such as emails, CRM and inventory software management.

¨ Must be punctual and reliable.

Requirements

¨ Minimum 2-year recent experience in a similar role.

¨ Strong background in warehousing industry.

¨ MUST have a Forklift License.

¨ Current resume with 2x work related referees.

¨ Hold a current Australian driver’s license.

¨ Police Background Check

Job Duties:

Picking and Packing

Load and unload trucks

Move and stack materials

Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed

Spot semi-trailers

Rotate floor stock

General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned

Follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures

Use warehouse management software

Receive/process shipments

Perform proper forklift inspection, minor servicing and repairs as necessary
