The Bureau’s Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EMPO) is part of the Strategy Program within the Enterprise Services Group. It provides enterprise-wide coordination, strategic guidance, and support across the Bureau's project, program, and portfolio management activities.
The Portfolio Systems Coordinator plays a key support role in administering and maintaining the Bureau’s Project Management Information System (PMIS) and related project delivery tools. The role supports the implementation of system standards, user onboarding, and day-to-day technical operations to ensure that the project, program and portfolio teams can work effectively across the Bureau’s delivery environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong working knowledge of project and collaboration tools, sound data and information management practices, and the ability to support users across varying levels of technical confidence. The role requires both technical proficiency and well-developed interpersonal skills to assist stakeholders and ensure consistent tool usage in line with EPMO standards.
This position reports to the Portfolio Systems Lead within the EPMO.
