The Bureau's Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) sits in the Strategy Program within the Enterprise Services Group. The EPMO provides whole of enterprise coordination, strategic guidance and support across the Bureau’s project, program, and portfolio management capabilities.
This role supports the EPMO's Portfolio Management Team by assisting others with adopting and promoting the Portfolio Management Framework, including its guides, processes and templates, and by encouraging the use of the Bureau's project management system to achieve portfolio management objectives.
The successful candidate will have experience in either an EPMO or portfolio environment. Alternatively, be familiar with PRINCE2/MSP frameworks and have experience working in a project or program. They will have excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus as they will frequently liaise with staff across different teams and with senior management.
This position reports to the Portfolio Management Lead within the EPMO.
