We are seeking 2 x experienced and passionate Head Chefs to lead our kitchen teams. First position is for Head Chef for restaurant offering Filipino cuisine and second position is for Head Chef for cafe offering modern Australian cuisine. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the relevant cuisines, a creative approach to menu development, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Menu Development:** Create and innovate a seasonal menu that showcases authentic Filipino and modern Australian cuisines.
- **Kitchen Leadership:** Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment.
- **Food Preparation:** Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, consistently meeting our quality and presentation expectations.
- **Team Management:** Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- **Inventory and Cost Control:** Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- **Health and Safety:** Ensure all kitchen activities comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- **Customer Satisfaction:** Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests, addressing any issues or special requests promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, preferably in a Filipino and modern Australian restaurant or cafe.
- Extensive knowledge of Filipino cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to create and innovate dishes that delight our guests.
