The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our growing team. This permanent full-time permanent role is ideal for a trade-qualified professional who is passionate about quality repairs and looking to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition with precision and care.

What You’ll Do

Check received parts for accuracy and defects

Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels, frames, and components

Shape, cut, and weld metal panels using industry-standard tools and techniques

Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as per job sheets and repair methods

Carry out repairs in line with OEM standards and estimates

Handle vehicles, tools, and equipment with care and professionalism

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and OH&S policies

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What We’re Looking For

Qualified and experienced Panel Beater (essential)

Proficiency in welding, fabrication, and metal shaping

Strong understanding of frame alignment, rust treatment, and structural repairs

Experience with body filler, sanding, and surface preparation for paint

Detail-oriented approach with high standards of workmanship

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Commitment to safety and continuous learning
