Scientific Motor Body Works is looking for licensed experienced tradespeople to join our dynamic & rewarding workshop. If you are looking for a change in environment and the opportunity to grow and challenge yourself at your own pace whilst work on late model cars in a friendly team environment this is the workshop for you.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive body repair techniques, including:

Attention to details in metal straightening and shaping

Welding and fabrication techniques

Has a keen eye in colour matching and knowledge in paint preparation and application

Damage assessment and estimation

Understanding how cars work, how they are built and their different components in diagnosing damages effectively and efficiently

Knowledge on the use of different tools

Qualifications:

Must be highly motivated and has good communication skills

Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible working hours and ability to work in a given timeline
