We’re Looking for a Panel Beater

We’re not your typical smash shop. At Diverse Garage, the main thing for us is team. No egos, no politics – just good people who look out for each other and enjoy coming to work.

The work we do is all about quality repairs. We don’t have insurer contracts, but most of our work still comes through insurance. The difference is, we work for our clients, not the insurers. Our mission is simple: get a quality result every time. That means you get to focus on doing a repair you’re proud of, not rushing something out the door.

The type of work is medium to large smash repairs – a mix of enthusiast cars, daily drivers, and Euros – so it’s never boring or repetitive.

We also believe in having the right gear to do the job properly. That’s why we reinvest heavily back into the workshop – new Quick 42 Car-O-Liner bench, GYS welders, and more. We’ll always back our team with the right equipment so your job is easier, not harder.

A qualified tradesman panel beater who takes real pride in their work

A great attitude and genuine team-first mentality

Someone who wants to be part of a growing workshop, have a laugh, and still hold a high standard

We’ve been operating like this for 5 years and we’re only getting busier. I honestly believe you won’t find a better shop to work with or grow with – because we actually care about our people and the work we produce as well as constantly improving in every aspect we can.
