The Quality and Compliance Officer (Clinical) is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organisation’s adherence to aged care legislation, the Aged Care Quality Standards, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework, and relevant workplace regulations in Queensland. This position drives a culture of continuous improvement across both clinical and non-clinical areas, with a strong emphasis on resident safety, culturally safe and responsive care, clinical governance, and organisational risk management.
