Position Overview

Podium Money is seeking a Commercial Lending Specialist to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with existing referral partners and clients, delivering tailored finance solutions while assessing creditworthiness, managing risk, and driving strong lending outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and goals

Assess financial statements, credit profiles, and business plans

Stay informed on market trends, interest rates, and lending policy changes

Advise on a broad range of commercial lending products

Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, banks, and financial institutions

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Commercial Banker or Broker or in a similar financial services role

Solid understanding of commercial lending products and processes

Strong financial analysis, communication, and negotiation skills

Client-focused with excellent relationship management ability

Familiarity with compliance and lending regulations

Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (or willingness to complete)
